Allison Knuth is an experienced instructional designer with an additional background in theatre, dramaturgy, and non-profit arts administration. She brings her passion for effective and engaging storytelling, as well as her love for art and design into her approach to eLearning. Allison cares deeply about creating accessible, memorable, and exciting experiences for all learners. In 2023, her team was awarded the Pioneer Award for Breaking New Ground with your CPD Program for, “Welcoming Spaces: Treating Your LGBTQ+ Patient.” She looks forward to the continued success of the instructional design department so she and her team can continue tackling important educational projects that increase our client’s ability to make an impact in their field. Allison believes that intentionally designed, high-quality eLearning can ignite changed behavior. To paraphrase Maya Angelou, we can only do better when we know better.

Personal Achievements: I’ve completed my 200-hour yoga teacher certification, bought a house (all by myself), and maintain several incredibly fulfilling friendships. 

When not working I am: Doing yoga, re-watching New Girl, DIY-ing random house projects, and relaxing with family and friends.
