Polly founded Meeting Achievements in 2003, and envisioned high-quality, seamless event planning that would deepen one on-one connections. Since then, Meeting Achievements has become a global organization, planning more than 2,000 successful events of all sizes.  In 2020, Polly launched the Instructional Design division of Meeting Achievements.

Personal Achievements: Polly is one of 1000 Certified Meeting Managers (CMM) worldwide, as awarded by Meeting Professionals International (MPI). Further, a certified COVID-19 Compliance Officer and one of only 100 Certified Meeting Planners specializing in Healthcare Compliance, Polly is uniquely qualified to plan conferences, symposia, and workshops within the industry, including events offering Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours. Polly was honored with the  2016 Northwest Indiana Influential Woman of the Year Award for Service & Tourism, and was nominated for Indiana Meeting Professionals’ 2016 and 2017 IMPRESS Award.  Polly was also awarded the 2017 Smart Meeting Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2018 Smart Meeting Magazine Visionary of the Year, and in 2019, she was inducted into the Smart Meeting Magazine Hall of Fame.

In 2022, Polly and the Instructional Design Team won the Gamechangers, Progress Award – in the Diversity Equity, and Inclusion category.  In 2023, Gamechangers presented Meeting Achievements with awards in 3 categories, US – CME EVENTS SPECIALIST OF THE YEAR, US – FULL SERVICE EVENTS SPECIALIST OF THE YEAR, and US – EVENTS INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR.

In 2023, Polly and the Instructional Design Team won the Pioneer Award for Breaking New Ground in/with your CPD Program from the Alliance for Continuing Education in Health Professions. This prestigious award recognizes the pioneer spirit and accomplishments based on “out of the box” thinking, creative endeavors, infrastructures or processes that demonstrate excellence in accomplishing program goals.

Meeting Achievements has won the Best of 2023, Meeting Planning, and Instructional Design Services, for 6 consecutive years, presented by the Valparaiso Award Program.

When not working I am: Enjoying my family and grand kids, gardening, doing Pilates, and working on our hobby farm.
