Meeting Achievements is a nationally recognized conference and learning-design firm specializing in medical education, professional development, community impact initiatives AND we’re growing! We’re looking for a curious, creative, trend-savvy intern to help us expand our impact across Northwest Indiana and beyond!
If you love discovering what's happening in the community, keeping up with local events, and turning opportunities into engaging marketing and social media moments, this internship is your perfect playground. You’ll connect with people, spotlight our involvement, and help us build visibility through strategic, energetic digital marketing.
❤️ What You’ll Do
· Identify and research local events, community conferences, business initiatives, and statewide/nationwide opportunities across NWI that can strengthen our community presence, potentially leading to new partnerships or contracts.
· Leverage social media to connect and promote our involvement, increase brand visibility, and engage new and existing audiences in meaningful ways.
· Engage and respond to social media comments, answer questions, and make connections with partners via social media.
· Create short-form Reels that showcase events, organizational wins, behind-the-scenes moments, and our impact within the community.
· Support community outreach and relationship-building efforts under supervision, both online and in-person, to expand our network and visibility.
· Assist with marketing campaigns, announcements, storytelling initiatives, and creative content that aligns with brand goals.
· Track and interpret basic analytics to help identify what content performs well and recommend improvements for future engagement.
🔥 What Makes You a Great Fit
· Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field
· Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut
· Familiarity with Social Media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook
· Strong research and information-gathering abilities
· Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
· Creative thinking, willingness to pitch new ideas, and takes initiative
· Comfortable engaging with community partners and event contacts
· Self-starter with strong initiative
· Demonstrates curiosity, accountability, and follow-through

Job Type: Part-time Internship
Pay: $17/hour
Timeline: This internship is scheduled to begin in April through August. Actual start and end dates may vary due to school starting date. Extensions are possible, but not guaranteed.
